9/11: The Conspiracy Files BBC2, 18^th February 2007

Further to receipt of the complaint pack relating to the above for consideration by the Committee,
I wish to submit an analysis of the documentary relating to all interviewees; the numbers of interviewees;
the times each of them were on and off camera and their comments, with a comparison between the pro-
9/11 Truth advocates and those who were in support of the official U.S. government version of events of
that day. A brief summary is as follows:

There were three people interviewed for the pro-9/11 Truth version of events.
There were fourteen people interviewed in support of the U.S. government version.
This also includes both the Producer and the Narrator who each showed bias towards the official
version.

The total time that the three pro-9/11 Truth interviewees were on/off camera with their comments
was 8 minutes, 6 seconds.

The total time the fourteen interviewees, including the Producer and Narrator, who were on/off
camera with their comments in support of the official U.S. government version was

22 minutes, 36 seconds.

The full five-page document “Breakdown of times of interviewees on/off camera.” is enclosed
herewith.

The enclosed analysis proves conclusively that that there was indeed a pre-planned negative bias
against 9/11 Truth and in support of the official U.S. government’s version of events in the making
of the documentary. This is further born out by the interjection and or questioning by the producer
of Dylan Avery’s position, and the mode of the producer’s question/statement to Mary McFadden.
If the producer was unbiased and objective in his approach, he would have attracted a different,
more positive attitude from Dylan Avery, and he would not have formulated his question/statement
to Mary McFadden in such a way. This is indicated at 39:02 minutes on the enclosed analysis.

Please note: I have not had the benefit of time to recheck my timing figures of the documentary on
the enclosed document. There may be a +/- 1% or 2% discrepancy in seconds.

CD supplied by the BBC Trust of “9/11: The Conspiracy Files”

My original viewing of said documentary was via the Internet, (I do not have television.) The image
tonal quality was consequently Internet quality, and therefore my analysis was based upon that.

Upon viewing the BBC’s CD of said documentary I noted a discrepancy in the image tonal quality
compared to the Internet quality. I therefore asked a contact, who had taped the original documentary
on 18^th February 2007, to send me a CD copy, which I am still awaiting as of this writing. My
objective upon receipt is to view both CD copies to compare them one to the other and to check
them against the Internet version of the documentary.

If it is discovered that both CD copies of the documentary are closely similar in image tonal quality,
then it will, of necessity, discount my original complaint specifically relating to the dark images of Prof.
Jim Fetzer and Dylan Avery. Should this be the case, I will telephone Mr Brander or Ms Lucas at the
earliest convenience, in advance of the meeting of 27^th November 2007, concerning this aspect of my
complaint, informing them of such.

I further submit a growing list of senior military, scientific, engineering, architect and other prominent
public figures in the United States of America who are at conflict with the official version of events
of 9/11/01
