"You assist an evil system most effectively by obeying its orders and decrees. An evil
system never deserves such allegiance. Allegiance to it means partaking of the evil.
A good person will resist an evil system with his or her whole soul."

Formal Complaint relating to:
BBC2 - Panorama - The Conspiracy Files – 9/11, 9.0pm 18th February 2007

To Whom It May Concern,

Having first submitted a formal complaint to the BBC on 28th February 2007 concerning the above program, their reply to which was an insult to standard intelligence, I therefore sent a formal complaint to Ofcom about the BBC’s response, and subsequently redirected my original formal complaint to them. Ofcom replied by informing that specific program complaints should be sent to the BBC Governors. A copy of their letter of which is enclosed.

History proves that when malpractice complaints are investigated by any organisation’s own controlling body, in approximately 99.9 per cent of cases the body whitewashes over the complaint, thereby exonerating the wrong-doers. Recent history has proven this. The reply from the BBC above referred; the execution-style murder by police of Jean Charles de Menezes is but another. Hundreds more cases could be cited to confirm this statement.

In light of this foreknowledge I therefore do not have any faith in the eventual ruling by the BBC Governors concerning my formal complaint above referred and submitted herewith for your investigation. Said complaint is nevertheless submitted as a matter of procedure. I look forward to your reply in due course.

Yours sincerely,

Signed: Philip Dawes
