Formal Complaint to Ofcom about the BBC World News Program of 11th September 2001.
20th March 2007 Your ref: xxxxxxxxx Re: Formal Complaint relating to: To Whom It May Concern: Further to my email on 19th March 2007, I herewith lodge a formal complaint against the BBC relating to the above matter. Background The above BBC World News program was shown at approximately 4.50pm EST on 11th September 2001, in which it was announced that the World Trade Centre building number 7, (also known at the Salomon Brothers building), had collapsed, twenty-three minutes before its physical collapse at 5.20pm EST. A copy of said news footage surfaced on the Internet after the BBC2’s infamous screening of the documentary "The Conspiracy Files – 9/11", shown on 18th February 2007. (The writer has already submitted a separate formal complaint to the BBC, and subsequently to Ofcom, concerning said documentary relating to the BBC’s actions by conspiring to produce a documentary in favour of the official U.S. government version of events, in spite of the overwhelming evidence showing that the atrocities were a false flag operation.) The relevant BBC World News footage of 11th September 2001 can be viewed at: www.youtube.com/watch?v=6mxFRigYD3s On the following website: www.liveleak.com/view?i=6c7_1173302717 , the London male commentator says: "We are told that the collapses are continuing. That the damage that was made by the two planes hitting the twin towers, first one … the twin tower has collapsed entirely. We understand that the second twin tower… there are also collapse there. We are looking at live pictures of the twin towers in New York…" Archive footage of diverse television news
sources on the day confirms the above information: Eyewitness accounts of foreknowledge of WTC7’s collapse can be found at: www.wtc7.net/warnings.html In the BBC’s reply to my original complaint of 8th March 2007 they enclosed blog messages from Messrs Porter and Rudin, producers of the referred documentary of 18/02/07, of which Mr Porter’s message is relevant and is attached herewith. In Mr Porter’s blog message he wrote: "We didn’t get told in advance that buildings were going to fall down." However, it is on record that Jane
Stanley, the BBC New York reporter stated that building 7, (otherwise known as
the Saloman Brothers building), had collapsed, twenty-three minutes before its
actual collapse. She would not have made that statement unless she had
previously been given or seen scripted information stating as such. In both the BBC World and CNN news footage, each of which are date and time stamped, building 7 can still be seen in the background with smoke rising. Other news sources, (linked above), also gave out the information that building 7 had collapsed before the actual event. It is not possible that several separate live news stations reported that building 7 had collapsed, before its physical collapse, without a third party source having previously disclosed that information to them. This is further born out by the fact that various fire-fighters and police officers were warned before the collapse of building 7 that it was going to be ‘pulled.’ These various reports were recorded on different video footage sources at the time, which are still available on numerous websites on the Internet. Mr Porter wrote under section 4: "We no longer have the original tapes of our 9/11 coverage (for reasons of a cock-up, not conspiracy). So if someone has a recording of our output, I’d love to get hold of it." Mr Porter’s reference to the news item implied that he had already viewed it on one of the websites running it. His fatuous request for a copy of the tape gives the impression that he has not seen it. This cannot be believed. It can only be concluded that Mr Porter’s obfuscations were an endeavour to cover his untruths! The website

lost all of its original recordings of its output for the entire day on 11th
September 2001. If such a claim is true, and if it was a genuine technical error
of incompetence by one or more persons, then, whether it was human incompetence
or whether it was conspiratorial remains to be investigated. This is then followed by text appearing on the video screen: "Through all the chaos and horror, WTC officials still had the presence of mind to provide live web updates explaining the collapse of the first tower, while warning the world of the imminent collapse of the second tower…" (This item is an added editorial input.) The female voice then continues: "What we can see… that sections of the other tower are also crumbling. Now the reason why this is happening, according to the website of the World Trade Centre, they are actually telling us that the structure, the outside cladding of this building is integral to the safety and security of it. Once you penetrate that apparently the very structure of the building is under threat, and that is why one tower has already collapsed." It is therefore clearly evident that pre-scripting news was made available to various news media at the time. This was confirmed by a remark the London anchor made at the time the BBC World news report was pulled, whilst Jane Stanley was in mid-sentence. It was also confirmed by comments made by Channel 5 News concerning the collapse of the twin towers. This latter confirmation can be found at: www.prisonplanet.com/articles/march2007/120307mediascripting.htm . That Jane Stanley’s live report was cut
before she had completed, implies that someone was monitoring her report and
became aware that building 7 was still standing, and gave the order to cut her
connection in mid-sentence. No technical failure, as was stated at the time, can
be accepted as the reason for cutting her connection. If, however, it is only the BBC World News footage of 4.50pm EST above referred that has been destroyed, that too must be investigated. Such actions are therefore untenable, unlawful and in violation of the high moral and ethical standards by which the BBC claims to uphold. If the BBC is an independent upstanding and authoritative body, funded by license fees from the general public, it requires the trust of the people in every aspect of its undertakings for its continuance. Omissions or failures must be made accountable to the general public. And any wrongdoing should not be permitted nor allowed to be swept under the carpet. The BBC management and governors are entrusted to perform to their respective functions according to their highest expertise and integrity. Anything less is not acceptable. Cover-ups should not be permitted The writer therefore requests that Ofcom institutes a formal and thorough investigation of the BBC in relation to the referred BBC2 World News report of 11th September 2001 and the missing day’s records of said news item, and indeed, all of the BBC’s recordings made on that day, and thereupon to arrive at an authoritative and just verdict. And if a criminal act has transpired through Ofcom’s investigations, then to place that matter in the hands of the relevant body to take further action.
