European 9/11 Citizens Jury
The Plan for
a Definitive Investigation
into the Atrocities of September 11th 2001
Official Launch
December 2006
by Philip Dawes
The European 9/11
Citizens Jury is a project in the arsenal for the final truth
concerning the atrocities carried out on September 11th 2001,
known as 9/11. Its purpose is to organize a major investigation,
untarnished by corrupt government influence, in the form of a citizen’s
jury to take evidence concerning the terrorist acts of that day, and
produce a formal verdict.
Most perceptive people
around the world, whether or not they have done their own research since
that day, know, without any shadow of doubt, that those barbarous acts
were planned and executed by terrorist elements other than those claimed
by the United States government. Increasing numbers in their millions
around the world, now know that they were planned and executed from within
the highest levels of the American administration, with the participation
of the U.S. Armed Forces, Secret Services and FBI. The whole
events required the capabilities of military style planning and execution,
the implementation of which was impossible to achieve without the
unlimited financial resources of the U.S. government.
Reach Out to All People
The project is therefore a reach out to all around the world who seek redress concerning
the atrocities of September 11th 2001 in America. It is a call
to those people whose instincts tell them that there is something deeply
flawed in the official claims that the events were executed by the claimed
Islamic terrorists.
This call
is also directed to the bereaved of those whose lives were prematurely
snuffed out in each of the four hijacked airplanes, as well as the office
staff and ancillary workers of the WTC towers, the Pentagon, and the fire
fighters and rescuers who lost their lives searching for those trapped in
the Twin Towers.
The people I am seeking to
participate may come from the
U.S.A., Europe or
any country around the world. It is for those people to
come forward to participate in the formation of the management body
of the European 9/11 Citizens Jury project. The
management body
should be composed of people with professional expertise and
organisational capabilities to work towards the fulfilment of the
European 9/11 Citizens Jury proceedings.
Most countries of the world have been
adversely affected by the criminal,
barbarous
and treasonous acts initiated on and following September 11th
2001.
It is clear from the
outset to all people who have done proper and thorough research and seek
the real truth concerning 9/11 what the verdict of the European 9/11
Citizens Jury should be. However, that final and authoritative verdict must rest with the
European 9/11 Citizens Jury panel.
Jury Structure & Proceedings
The plan is to have the European 9/11 Citizens Jury composed of up to
twelve citizens, presided over by a high court judge. The participants may
be from diverse countries of Europe, America or other countries, who are well known
in public life covering the areas of politics, the judiciary, the
sciences and armed forces. As a citizens jury the members should be
unbiased. It is therefore essential that the proceedings should exhibit
the highest integrity in its function. The standard procedures used in every just
court of law will be embraced as a model for the European 9/11 Citizens
Jury proceedings.*
1.
Submission of all evidence by
witnesses concerning the three locations:
World Trade
Centre, Pentagon and Pennsylvania, covering:
a. Still photographs taken on the morning of September 11th
2001.
b. Video footage filmed on the morning of September 11th 2001.
c. Witness testimony from individuals at the scenes on the morning of
September 11th 2001.
d. Air traffic control evidence relating to the four planes on
course to their three destinations on the day.
2.
Analytical Areas
a. Scientific
analysis covering all aspects of the physics relevant to the events of
the day.
b. Military analysis concerning all aspects of the explosions at the
Pentagon, WTC and Pennsylvania locations, including the activities of
the
North American Aerospace Defense Command
(NORAD) during the events of the day at the three
locations.
c. Seismological analysis of the events at the WTC complex on the morning
of September 11th 2001.
d. Scientific analysis of air and soil particulates found at and
around the WTC complex on the day and the weeks immediately following the
events.
e. Documentary film analysis compiled from events of the day.
f. Written analysis (books) by authors of the events of the day.
3.
Where there
is incomplete scientific investigation or analysis in any area relating to
the events of the day, such
investigations must be carried out, where feasible, prior to the jury’s proceedings, the
results of which will be made available to the jury.
4.
Defence Submission
Witness testimony by an executive of the US government will be taken, in
defence of the government's claims, the official "9/11 Commission Report"
and "The NIST 911 Report On The World Trade Center Collapse."
5.
Completion of Evidence
Submission
The jury will
take all such evidence related to the events of the day. This part of the
proceedings may take between two to three weeks. The jury will have the
option of recalling any witness for clarification of certain aspects of
their testimony. Upon completion the jury will retire to deliberate to its
conclusion, which could take up to a further ten days. Thereupon, the jury
will produce their verdict in oral and written
form.
The entire procedures
will be carried out open to the general public and the media. Plans will
be made to televise the proceedings.
Venue and Date
London is the desired location for this major international event.
Although London being one of the most expensive places for hotels restaurants
and offices, it will be more realistic to look further afield,
such as Berlin, The Hague, Geneva, Madrid, Rome or Paris. Costs, local
transport and facilities will be the deciding factors for the location of
the European 9/11 Citizens Jury event.
No date has yet been set to hold this inquiry, which will be decided by
the organizing body. The preliminary objective however is set for 2008.
Funding – Target figure £750,000
In order to accomplish the work to its final conclusion in a proper and
professional manner the costs will be considerable. Most of the
investigative research into the atrocities of 9/11 has already been
carried out by private citizens in America, with some in Europe and other
countries, but more needs to be done. All such research evidence will be collated and
properly documented. The preparations by the organizing body for the
ultimate event needs to be set in motion. This includes
booking the venue, hotel and flight reservations for witnesses and jury
members. The organizing body shall meet the full costs for all flights and
hotel accommodation of witnesses related to the proceedings, including
jury members and support personnel.
Funding for scientific research will be arranged relating to specific
aspects of the WTC when considered
essential for presentation to the jury panel. The organizational
work requires office facilities leading up to and including the duration
of the jury proceedings. Professional staff will be required and paid for
to maintain the office. Office equipment will be necessary such as
furniture, computers, printers, telephones and office sundries. Video film
and slide presentation equipment for the proceedings will need to be
purchased. The costs will be
substantial for the complete project to
achieve success for its final outcome .
Donations
The projected target figure for the whole event is estimated at
£750,000.00. This will be achieved by way of donations from the general public, organizations and official bodies from across America, Europe and other parts of the world. Donations will cover the cost of:
a. The organizational body to meet its ongoing expenditure in the preparations
and planning towards the event.
b. Conference room and facilities for the jury panel, media and the general public for the
duration. (The conference room to hold between 300 to 500 people.)
c. Full hotel board for the jury panel, witnesses and management
personnel for the duration.
d. Full air return flights for the jury panel, witnesses and management
personnel.
e. Office rental and equipment purchase and hire leading up to and for
the duration of the event.
f. Scientific research/investigation fund.
g. Sundry travel, printing and miscellaneous costs.
h. Upon completion, auditing of the accounts.

Hidden Background
*(It
should be noted that the so-called acclaimed Nuremberg Tribunal cannot be
used as a benchmark for proceedings. The whole event was orchestrated
and carried out on the basis of 'victors' justice.' Many of the accused were tortured to
create confessions and many witness statements were fabricated. The
Nuremberg Tribunal proceedings were therefore a mockery against
international justice and jurisprudence.)
